Master's Message

Welcome to Mount Ararat Lodge!

Mt. Ararat Lodge has been a cornerstone of the Bel Air community since 1830. Since

1975 we have been located on the corner of Gordon St. & Hickory Ave. Maybe you’ve

seen us. Have you seen our lodge lit up for the holidays with over 50,000 lights? Have

you visited the train garden that is on display between Thanksgiving and Christmas?

Maybe you participated in the clothing drive that was organized at our lodge to provide

relief for the victims of Hurricane Milton. Maybe you have seen our Missing Soldier table

set up for Memorial Day. Maybe you’ve seen us enjoying each other’s company during

one of our Brotherhood or Family Night cookouts. We are a very active lodge and very

active within the community.

Freemasonry is the oldest fraternity in the world. Since 1717 Freemasons have met with

the purpose of taking good men and making them better. How? Through moral lessons

taught at our meetings. By brotherly love and fellowship at our social gatherings. By

providing charitable assistance to our local community. Brotherly love, relief and truth

are the tenants of our profession and guide us in our mission of personal development.

If bettering yourself and being involved in a fraternity that will surround you with some of

the best men you will ever meet interests you, we would love to meet you. We will be

happy to answer any questions that you or your family might have. We have a phrase,

“To be one, ask one” When you are ready to ask, we will be here.

Sincerely,

Dave Martak
